Payment terms

 

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a place. The balance is due once flight and accommodation bookings have been confirmed.

Cancellation guide

 

Cotter Safaris will provide formal terms and conditions before accepting bookings. The current cancellation structure is planned as follows:

 

        cancellation three months before departure: 80% refund,

        cancellation two months before departure: 60% refund,

        cancellation one month before departure: 20% refund,

        cancellation three weeks before departure: no refund, unless a replacement         guest is secured and paid for.

Because flights and accommodation are subject to availability, early booking is recommended. A place is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
